A True Riding Brush Mower
The RM982 by Orec, also known as The Brush Rover, will make brush clearing fun and easy! What makes the Brush Rover different from other riding lawn mowers?
Many people attempt to cut brush using an ordinary riding lawn mower. As they quickly learn, these riding lawn mowers are not designed for rough use. As a consequence for taking on hearty brush and thick, tall grass, ordinary mowers can break belts and damage the spindle. Our engineers know how tough brush cutting can be on outdoor power equipment, and have therefore added extra reinforcement and minimize damage to our riding brush mower through innovation in its design. In addition, the Brush Rover’s low center of gravity and locking differential feature makes this riding brush mower easy to operate, even when tackling slopes.
The 2WD is sufficient for slopes of 15 degrees or less. The 4WD is required for slopes 15-20 degrees.
The hydrostatic drive gives you the variable speed control with one lever, combined with a locking differential to operate the rough-terrain tires in tandem, improving traction. It has 2 reversible blades to rough cut mulch waste (fasteners for blades are one-time use and must be replaced when the blade is reversed). The comfortable seat is adjustable forward and backward to ensure operator comfort and improve safety, along with a seat belt. The Roll Over Protection System (ROPS) collapses down to reduce the height for clearance, but should otherwise be operated in the upright locked position. The front-end is equipped with a knock down bumper in the front to help protect the machine and also has headlights to improve visibility. Vanguard V-Twin engine provides all the power the machine needs and is equipped with an electric starter and key.

Blade Replacement Kit for 2WD and 4WD – We have a kit that contains 2 Flail Blades, 2 Bolt sets and Knife Collars, and 1 Blade Stay (the single metal bar that holds both blades).
